Solvay shareholders voted overwhelmingly to approve the split, and Syensqo was officially established

The Solvay SA/NV Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders concluded on Friday CET. With the support of an overwhelming majority of shareholders (+99.53%), Syensqo SA/NV has been officially split from Solvay at midnight CET on Friday.
