As a production enterprise for the reuse of vanadium titanium magnetite tailings, the company produces and outsources about 800,000 tons of titanium concentrate every year, of which about 60,000 tons of titanium concentrate is packaged into storage after drying. In order to protect the environment and implement the strategy of sustainable development, the company further increased investment in environmental protection facilities, made full use of the open-air site of the former mining company's fruit material warehouse, which has been idle for many years, and built a titanium concentrate package storage and operation center, with a storage capacity of about 30,000 tons, effectively reducing the storage cost of titanium concentrate.

 

The storage operation center adopts steel grid shell greenhouse scheme, that is, the steel grid structure is used to cover the entire material yard to form a steel structure shed, which is covered with color steel tiles to prevent rain, the ground is hardened with concrete to avoid dust during operation and pollution in the wind season, and at the same time the drainage and sewage system in the rainy season is built, which is a project that is both energy-saving and cost-reducing and environmentally friendly.
