The joint stock company adheres to the goal-oriented and result-oriented, focuses on key technological processes, strengthens process operations, ensures product quality and improves production efficiency. Establish a list of responsibilities around the annual core task objectives, decompose and implement them layer by layer, and refine the responsibilities to people. Formulate work measures, carry out technical research around the links that restrict production, give full play to the wisdom of employees, and solve problems on the production site. By the end of June, the output of vanadium and titanium products had all completed the goal; Among the 21 quality indicators, 17 achieved the basic goals, 14 completed the struggle goals, 12 improved year-on-year, and 3 achieved historical best; Among the 28 technical and economic indicators, 27 achieved the basic goals, 18 completed the goals, 27 improved year-on-year, and 5 achieved the best in history.
Since entering the second half of the year, the company has continued to grasp the control of the production process, strengthen the operation monitoring of key links, enhance the predictability of the production organization, and do a good job in the coordination of key production factors and key production conditions between internal production lines and external units to ensure the stability and smooth operation of production and operation.
